Hatha Vinyasa (flow) yoga classes are available at A Healthy Touch Massage Therapy & Bodywork! Each class will incorporate a warm-up period, where we will focus on waking up our bodies & breathe, preparing for the bulk (or work) of our practice, where we will expand upon our flexibility while building strength & endurance. Each practice will close with a period of final deep stretching followed by final relaxation. All poses will be introduced with multiple variations making the classes accessible to almost all skill levels.

*All classes will need a minimum of 4 students, if there are not 4 students signed up the class will be canceled.

*Any class not filled will be available to drop-in students for $8/Yoga class.

*Students in all classes should wear clothing that allows for movement, classes are done bare foot.

*Students will need to provide their own mat; mats and mat bags are available for sale at our studio
